ROCK THE SUN FESTIVAL 2026
Rock The Sun will return to Barcelona on September 18 and 19, bringing together some of the most notable bands in hard rock, sleaze and international melodic rock. The festival will feature Eclipse and Michael Monroe as absolute headliners of a lineup that will complete two days of the best music at La Carpa del Poble Espanyol.
The lineup continues with essential names of the scene: Crazy Lixx, one of the most emblematic formations of modern hair metal; The Cruel Intentions, with its explosive mix of melodrama and sleaze; and Chez Kane, with its charisma and energy inherited from the best melodic rock of the 80s.
Treat will also arrive from Sweden, landing in Barcelona as part of their farewell tour, a unique opportunity to see the band for the last time on stage. The national representation will be made up of Kilmara, Jolly Joker, Lonely Fire and Redshark.

Will food and water be allowed into the concert?
A sandwich and 50cl open-top water per person.
If the show has already started, will I be allowed in?
Yes, you can enter even after the event has started. You can enter the venue during the show upon presentation of your ticket.
Can you enter and exit the Big Top?
Yes, after 8:00 p.m. you can leave and re-enter with your wristband. Until that time, you must remain inside the tent per venue policy.
Can tickets be purchased at the venue box office?
On the day of the event, as long as there are tickets available.
If I have purchased tickets and cannot attend on the day of the event, will I get a refund?
No, no exchanges or refunds are allowed.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
Remember that your tickets are always available for download. in your private area of the website. IMPORTANT: Check the email address you entered for the purchase; they should have arrived there as well. Check your spam folder. If you can't find the ticket, write to Madness Live Customer Service, but please don't wait until the last minute, or we can't guarantee we'll be able to process your request in time.

Tickets for minors?
Children aged 0 to 12 get free access to the festival by downloading a ticket for each child at the following link: TICKETS
Minors aged 13 and older must pay the full ticket price: TICKETS
Any minor (aged 0 to 16) may only enter the venue if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. To do so, you must purchase/download their ticket via the links above and download the AUTHORIZATION form, fill it out, and submit it on the day of the festival at the wristband exchange point, along with copies of the ID (parent or legal guardian) and the ID (or family record book) of the minor.
Handling this process at the box office on the day of the festival will incur a fee; therefore, we recommend bringing an advance ticket, the completed/printed authorization form, and the minor's ticket.
FAQs regarding minors
My child doesn't have a national ID card; what should I bring?
A copy of the family record book (*libro de familia*) and, above all, a signed authorization form with the necessary details.
Do the age ranges refer to the year they turn that age or their age on the date of the festival?
The age is calculated based on the date of the festival.
I am attending with several minors; do I need to fill out an authorization form for each of them?
Yes.
Is the ticket for ages 0–12 valid for every day of the festival?
Yes, it acts essentially as a pass for children.

Payment system within the festival
Information on festival payments
Payments within the venue will be made using cashless wristbands. Exchange your ticket for a wristband at the designated wristband station (at the entrance to Poble Espanyol). Once inside the tent area, top up your wristband at the designated cashless kiosks (using a credit card or cash). You can now purchase drinks, food, and merchandise within the festival grounds.
Recovering remaining wristband credit
You can reclaim any remaining credit on your wristband via the web during the week following the festival at this page (active from 23/09/2026): https://cashless.safetyglobal.com/devolucionesrockthesun. (Refunds are free of charge, but you must request them within 10 days—i.e., by 02/10/2026).
